Our lamb is available year-round as whole or half, fresh or frozen, and is cut to the instructions you give us on the downloadable cutting form.
Lamb weights typically range from 30 lbs. to 55 lbs. (carcass weight before trimming) and is priced at $4.50 per lb.
Rendering is done by Meyer Meats of Guelph, Ontario and is government inspected. Check out our cutting form for your desired cuts of meat.
